CALL CENTER AGENTS Job - Kharafi Global Gen. Trad. & Cont. Co.:

• Answer inbound calls to take orders as well as assist customers who have specific queries

• Build customers interest in the products offered by the company

• Provide personalized customer service of the highest level

• Update existing databases with the status of each customer and prospective customers

• Arrange the dispatch of products

• Follow up with the restaurants on the status of the delivery

• Attend to customer complaints promptly and take remedial actions
